The F-4 Frame operates as top-of-the line farmer handles. With the aforementioned high-quality characteristics, the farmer option can be loaded far beyond the strength capacity of any human while still being light enough to accommodate nearly every lifter at 60lbs each.

The F-4 Frame is both handle height and width adjustable. Whether you are training for shows that always have different specifications or you need to meet the demands for larger or smaller lifters, both width and handle height can easily be adjusted using heat-treated, heavy-duty pop pins. The F-4 farmer option has height adjustable handles, allowing a variety of pickup height settings to be sure you are training specifically or even making your training harder with picks that are lower than competition height.
