BOB is stout! Weighing in at 135lbs of 100% American Made Steel while empty, BOB is built to go the distance. It features a frame made of 3×7 – 7 gauge tubing & solid 1.875” Cold-Rolled Shafts.

BOB is a great implement for loaded carrying. You can bear hug, Zercher Carry or shoulder the implement to build real-world strength, size and conditioning. Since BOB has our revered MBPC Powder Coat, you’ll stay locked to the implement as you fight for a few more reps or steps.

BOB is easy to use. The open design paired with shaft-caps that screw into our drilled and tapped, solid shafts makes weight adjustments quick and easy. This makes warmups or group training efficient. Using our MBPC Spacers to fill remaining shaft space, you will completely eliminate the possibility of plate shifting while in use.
